摘要
通过实验研究玻璃基珠光颜料制备的最佳工艺条件,通过比较珠光颜料的白度最终确定:预处理的最佳工艺为采用质量浓度为5%的碳酸钠溶液以固液质量比1∶20在温度为40℃的条件下清洗24 h。对应于10 g玻璃鳞片,制备玻璃基珠光颜料方法:加入1 ml的四氯化锡和2 ml硅烷;尿素的加入量为15 g,加入方式为将尿素的80%一次性加入到玻璃鳞片悬浮液中,20%加入到四氯化钛溶液中;水解的最佳温度为90℃;四氯化钛溶液的加入量为30 ml,钛液滴加速度为0.5 ml/min;煅烧的最优条件为500℃下煅烧2 h。
This paper studies preparation of glass-based nacreous pigment by experiment.Trough testing whiteness finally determined: the best pretreatment method of glass flake is 5% sodium carbonate solution according to solid-liquid ratio of 1∶20 wash for 24h at 40℃.Corresponding to 10g glass flake the best preparation method is as follows: Add 1ml SnCl4 and 2ml silane coupling agent the urea mass is 15g;The addition of urea is adding 80% of the urea one-time into the glass flake suspension and adding the surplus 20% into the titanium salt;The best hydrolyzing temperature is 90℃;Dropping the titanium solution into the glass flake suspension by the speed 0.5ml/min;The volume of titanium solution is 30mL;The best calcination condition is keep 500℃ for 2h.
