摘要
中频电炉作为电网谐波源负载须进行谐波治理。设计滤波补偿装置时通常需实测运行的谐波数据,而在实际工程设计中,苦于无运行谐波测试数据。针对该工况,通过对中频电源采用的晶闸管三相桥式全控整流电路的功率因数和谐波进行分析,理论计算出工作时产生的特征谐波电流值,结合对中频电炉类负载运行地实测谐波数据分析,确定理论谐波数据作为工程设计依据,取得了良好的工程运行效果,并对中频电炉的无源滤波补偿设计方法作出总结,具有很好的实际工程指导意义。
Intermediate frequency electric furnace, as one of the harmonic equipment, must be subject to harmonic governing. When designing the filtering compensation equipment, the actual measurement of operation harmonic data is generally required. However, in ease of no measured operation harmonic data in actual engineering design , the theoretical harmonic data is defined as engineering design base by way of analysis of power factor and harmonics of thyristor three-phase bridge type complete control rectification circuit adopted for intermediate frequency power supply , the analysis of characteristic harmonic current generated in theoretical calculation and also in combination with analysis of actually measured harmonic data of intermediate frequency electric furnace in load. A good operation result is obtained and the design method for passive filtering intermediate frequency electric furnace is summarized, which has very good compensation design of significance in instructing actual project.
