摘要
主要介绍对紫外敏感的碲铷光电阴极的工艺和特性研究,采用“分步 重复”和微碲处理等工艺手法,可有效地提高光电阴极灵敏度(≥15 mA/W)和改 善光谱性能(185~320 um)。同时对其日盲性能进行探讨,得出该阴极的日育特性 和暗电流特性优于同类蹄铯、碲铯铷光电阴极的结论。
The technology and characteristics of semitransparent TE-Rb photocathode are introduced. The ways of 'step duplication' and 'Te-treatment' that increased the cathode sensitivity (≥15mA/W) and improved the spectrum range (185- 320um) were used in Te-Rb photocathode processing. Then, its characteristics are compared with TeCs and Te--Cs--Rb photocathodes. The conclusion was obtained that the characteristics about solar--blind and dark current of Te-Rb are better than the others.
