糖尿病患者餐后血糖监测时间差对测定值的影响

Influence of time difference of postprandial blood glucose monitoring to determination value for diabetic patients

目的探讨糖尿病患者餐后血糖监测时间差对血糖值的影响。方法 60例患者随机分为A、B、C、D组各15例。A、B、C、D组分别进行餐后115、110、105、100min血糖检测,4组均进行餐后120min血糖检测,作为各自对照血糖。观察血糖监测时间差对血糖测定值的影响。结果 A组试验检测血糖与对照血糖比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);B、C、D组试验检测血糖与对照血糖比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论餐后血糖监测时间差应控制在5min以内,若时间差>10min,则会影响监测结果,且时间相差越多,影响越大。

Objective To explore the influence of time difference of postprandial blood glucose monitoring to determination value for diabetic patients.Methods 60 cases were randomly divided into A,B,C,D group,15 cases of each.A,B,C,D were respectively detected postprandial blood glucose of 115min,110min,105min,100min.4 groups were all detected postprandial blood glucose of 2h as there separate control blood glucose.Observed the influence of time difference of blood glucose monitoring to determination value.Results In A group,there was no significant difference between test detected and control blood glucose（P〉0.05）,but in B,C,D groups,there were significant differences between test detected and control blood glucose respectively（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The time difference of postprandial blood glucose monitoring should keep within 5 minites.If it is above 10 minites,the detected result will be influenced,and the higher,the bigger.
