摘要
叙述了一种线性化器的工作原理。设计并应用微波ＣＡＤ软件模拟优化，从而改善了功率放大器在Ｐ－２点交调特性。其对三次交调的改善为５ｄＢ。
In this paper,the operational principle of linearizer is described.It is simulated and optimized with a microwave CAD software.The experimental results indicate that a 5dB improvement of IM3 at P-2 point of power amplifier is available.
