阻燃PP/CPE/OMMT的制备以及性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用熔融插层法制备了综合性能优良的阻燃聚丙烯(FRPP)。通过LOI、TGA、SSEM对材料的阻燃性能、热稳定性能、力学性能和冲击断面形貌等进行了分析.结果表明:加入CPE的FRPP的极限氧指数由28升至32;CPE的加入,冲击强度比纯PP提高了20%以上;加入IFR,PP的极限氧指数由17升至32,起始分解温度比纯PP高出18.7℃;OMMT的加入可以提高体系的成炭率;添加的少量的OMMT,对于体系的韧性的提高有明显的促进作用,但是OMMT的添加对体系的拉伸性能没有帮助。 In the present study, a kind of FRPP was prepared by the melt extrusion. Some properties of this new FRPP were tested by LOI, TGA, SEM methods, such properties included flame retardant, thermal stability, surface status of impact section, and mechanical properties. The results showed that, compared to FRPP without CPE, the LOI increased from 28 to 32, the impact strength improved to 20 %. The results also showed that, compared to pure PP, the LOI of FRPP increased from 17 to 32, the initial decomposition temperature was 18.7 ℃ higher than PR The addition of OMMT to PP increased the char residue and toughness, but does no help for the tensile properties.
