摘要 文章介绍了用工业废渣磷石膏、脱硫石膏、盐石膏等生产硫酸与水泥存在的技术问题及影响发展的原因;详细论述了先进的工艺技术创新内容、特点、主要技术参数;并以脱硫石膏为例介绍了原料成分及配比、燃料要求、工艺指标、消耗及经济效益。说明了该技术是循环经济节能减排的低碳排放技术,推广价值高,有很好的发展前途。 The paper introduced the use of industrial waste phosphorous gesso, desulfhurization gypsum piaster, salt and cement production of sulfuric acid as the technical problems and the influence of the development. Advanced technology innovation content, characteristics, main technical parameters were discussed in detail. And took desulfhurization gypsum and material composition and introduced ratio, fuel requirements, technical index, consumption and economic benefits for examples. Authors illustrated the technology was circular economy energy conservation and emission reduction of low carbon emissions, had a high value of popularity and had very good development prospect.
