磺胺嘧啶残留溶剂乙酸GC检测方法的建立和验证 被引量:1

摘要 建立用气相色谱外标法分析磺胺嘧啶中残留溶剂乙酸的方法。实验结果表明在HP—INNOWAX色谱柱上乙酸能与其他组分很好的分离,分离度(α)〉20,且乙酸峰型对称。乙酸浓度在01116-5.580mg/mL范围内,r=0.9999,呈现良好的线性关系。乙酸检测限为0.025%,定量限为0.085%。采用的样品处理方法回收率高且对色谱柱及检测器的污染小。该法操作简便、快速、准确性高、重复性好;该法的平均加标回收率为98.19%。对同一样品的精密度实验结果表明,不同实验员不同日的RSD以及不同分析仪器的RSD均小于2.0%。可作为本品的质量控制方法。 Gas chromatographic method was employed for the quantitative determination of acetic acid in sulfadiazine. Experimental results showed that a good separation of acetic acid with other contents of sample was achieved on HP-INNOWAX column, and the separation degree was more than 2.0. The linear range was 0.1116-5.580 mg/mL with r = 0.9999 and the relative standard deviation was less than 2.0 %. The method was simple, rapid, accurate and precise, and the limit of detection was 0.025 %. The averange recovery of the method was 98.19 %.
