摘要
文章介绍了基层工作中所遇的一案例,使用离子色谱法对生猪死亡案件中的亚硝酸盐进行定性、定量分析。案件检材前处理采用自动固相萃取仪提取检材,使用万通882离子色谱仪分析得出相关系数为0.999816,相对标准偏差为2.548%,此方法可以简单有效的检出此类投毒案件中的亚硝酸盐,简便、灵敏度高、定性定量准确,可以作为检验亚硝酸盐的一种手段。
Nitrite in the food of the pigs was analyzed by ion chromatography. The food samples were purified by solid phase extraction （SPE）, isolated by the Metrosep A Supp 4 250/4.0 column and then analyzed by ion chromatography. The relative standard deviation was 2.548 %, r=0.999816（n-5）. The method showed high sensitivity and selectivity, and was suitable for the analysis of Nitrite in the poisoning case.
