摘要
针对土库曼阿姆河右岸地区侏罗系上统长段盐膏层特点,为满足现场钻井液施工需要,通过室内实验,确定了防止大段盐膏层对钻井液污染的聚磺饱和盐水钻井液配方及性能参数,制定出了相应的现场应用技术对策;现场应用表明,该钻井液技术有效地解决了长段石膏及盐层钻进中盐膏层的蠕变、钻井液的抗盐、钙污染和控制高压盐水浸等难题,实现了石膏及盐层段的安全顺利钻进,形成了一套有效应对阿姆河地区大段盐膏层的钻井液技术。
According to the long section of the gypsum and salt zone in the up Jura in the right bank region of the Amu Darya in Turkmenistan,the polymer-sulfonated saturated salt water mud system was prepared by using the laboratory tests to prevent drilling fluid contamination from gypsum and salt.The corresponding technique measures were made finally after the lab and field tests.Using this kind of mud system can effectively solve these problems which will easily happen in the long section of the gypsum and salt zone as follows:the creep strain of the gypsum,drilling fluids heavily contaminated by the salt and gypsum and control the high pressure salt water contamination successfully.It can realize the safe drilling in this kind of section and form an effective long-term mud system for such area.
