钻井液离心机螺旋输送器三维有限元分析

摘要 钻井液离心机螺旋输送器实体建模与有限元分析对离心机在实际使用中有着重要的指导意义。针对离心机CAD、CAE技术的现状和发展趋势,应用Pro/E对川庆钻探公司在川渝地区常用的JL40-DZ型离心机螺旋输送器进行了三维建模。在ANSYS中采用soild45单元划分网格生成有限元模型,分别对螺旋输送器的几种载荷条件进行静力分析,最后使用Lanczos法计算螺旋输送器前4阶模态。分析结果表明,转鼓在正常工况下的强度和刚度均满足要求;在正常的转速范围内不会发生共振现象,从而验证了离心机的安全性,为离心机在现场安全使用提供了理论依据。 The solid modeling and finite element analysis of the spiral conveyer of drilling fluid centrifuge has important meaning of guidance for the centrifuge in the actual operations.In view of existing status and developing trend of centrifuge CAD and CAE technologies,by using Pro-E,the 3D modeling of the JL40-DZ centrifuge spiral conveyer which is conventionally used in Sichuan and Chongqing regions is proposed.In ANSYS,by using solid 45 unit to divide lattice,the finite model has been established.To perform statical analysis of the spiral conveyer in varies loading conditions,the 1st to 4th vibration modes of the spiral conveyer have been finally calculated out with Lanczos method.The analysing result shows that the strength and stiffness of the wobbling drum can both meet the opera tions requirements in normal working conditions.And resonance can not happen within normal range of speed.It is verified the centrifuge with high safety,providing theoretical basis for safety applications of the centrifuge in the field.
