表面活性酸黏度影响因素及缓蚀控制 被引量:3

摘要 表面活性酸在碳酸盐岩储层中具有自转向功能,其自转向是因进入储层后液体黏度急剧增加而产生的,文中分析了黏度变化的几个主要影响因素—表面活性剂的浓度、温度、电解质、酸浓度。针对川渝地区使用的表面活性剂,通过室内试验数据并结合理论得出了相应结论。同时分析了其腐蚀速率较常规酸难于控制的原因以及与液体黏度的相互影响。提出了控制办法,针对此体系设计的缓蚀剂在保证减小对黏度影响的同时,可以将腐蚀速率控制在行业标准要求范围内。 Surface active acid has self-diversion function in carbonate reservoirs,its self-diversion is caused by sharp increase of viscosity after entering into reservoir.The paper analyzes several main factors that cause viscosity change-concentration,temperature,electrolyte and acid concentration.Aimed to surfactant applied in Sichuan-Chongqing area,the related conclusion has been gained from lab test data and based on the main theories.And at the same time,the causes of why corrosion rate control in surface active acid is more difficult than that in ordinary acid are analyzed and the relationship between the surface active acid and the viscosity is studied.As a result,controlling methods have been put forward herein,so that the corrosion inhibitor designed for this acid system can control corrosion speed within the approved oil industry standard as well as reducing its effects on viscosity.
