摘要
本文对食品塑膜包装材料中增塑剂邻苯二甲酸二辛酯(DOP)的高压液相色谱测定法进行了研究,提出用索氏萃取法从乙醚萃取DOP或用甲醇沉淀法将塑材基质从试液中除去分离出的DOP。 然后在C_(18)Nucleosil柱上,以MeOH—H_2O作为流动相,选UV224nm检测波长,作反相等强度定量测定。 DOP的平均回收率为95.7%,沉淀法与革取法的变异系数分别为1.07%与1.20%,DOP浓度与峰面积间具有良好的线性关系,最大检测量约1.5×10^(-2)μg。
A mehhod of HPLC determination of di- 2 -octul phthalate (DOP) as pla-sticizerused in plastic packaging materials for food was developed. DOP was extracted into ether by Soxlet extractor or separated from the sample solution by precipitating the matrix with methanol. .DOP was then quantitated on C18 nucleosil column, using MeOH-H2O asmoving phase and detected at UV 224am by inverse phase isocratic HPLC proc-edure.The mean recoveries of DOP were 95.7% and the variation coefficients were 1.07% and 1.20% respectively for precipitating and extracting method. The detecting limit is about 1.5×10-2μgA good linear relationship was obtained between the concentrations of DOP and the peak areas.
