单元结构和维持电压对表面放电型AC-PDP光电特性的影响 被引量:1

摘要 单元结构和维持电压对AC-PDP的性能有非常大的影响。依据国内外研究人员所做的相关实验,全面总结了这两方面因素对表面放电型AC-PDP光电特性的影响,并从理论上给予解释。最后归纳出表面放电型AC-PDP单元结构的设计步骤和确定维持电压的原则。 Cell structure and sustaining voltage affect the performance of AC-PDP very much. According tothe related experiments made by ourselves and foreign researchers, this paper summarizes comprehensively the effects of these two factors on photoelectric characteristics of surface-discharge type AC-PDP, and gives them a theoretical analyis. The design procedure of cell structure of surface-discharge type AC-PDP and the principle ofdetermining sustaining voltage are described.[
