ＭＲＰ－Ⅱ是企业信息集成的工具，反映了物料信息在企业供应、生产、销售三个主要环节的转换和移动过程。订单和库存是信息流的主要内容，组成了信息流的各个环节，信息的变化规律由ＢＯＭ确定。

MRP Ⅱ is a tool for integration of information on enterprise. It expresses the changing and moving process for material information on three main links of supply, production and sales. Order and storage, which make up all links of information flow, are main contents of information flow. BOM defines the changing process of information.
