摘要
针对软件可靠性测试的成组测试数据,建立了适用于成组测试数据的软件可靠性Jelinski-Moranda增长模型,并对其参数解特性进行了分析。通过分析得知,适用于成组测试数据的Jelinski-Moranda模型的参数估计方程存在多个解,且只有在一定条件下才有合理解。最后给出了其参数解估计的有效数值算法。
In this paper,a software reliability Jelinski Moranda growth model for group data which is tested in software reliability test is set up,and the characteristic of parameter solutions of this model is discussed.By analyzing,it's found that there are multi solutions to satisfy parameter equations and there is a reasonable solution only if certain condition is satisfied.Finally an efficient algorithm to estimate parameters of this model is given out.
