参麦注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效观察

The effect observation of Shenmai injection in stable angina pectoris

目的观察参麦注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法将90例稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各45例。2组均给予常规治疗,治疗组另以参麦注射50ml加入5%葡萄糖或生理盐水250ml中静脉滴注,每天1次,连用10d为1个疗程。治疗后比较2组疗效及不良反应。结果临床疗效:治疗组显效率和总有效率分别为40.0%和91.1%,均高于对照组的20.0%和66.7%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。心电图疗效:治疗组总有效率为84.4%高于对照组的62.2%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组均未见明显不良反应。结论参麦注射液是治疗冠心病心绞痛的有效药物。

Objective To observe the clinical effects of Shenmai injection in stable angina pectoris.Methods 90 cases patients with stable angina pectoris were divided randomly into therapy group and control group.Two groups received conventional treatment,therapy group were given Shenmai injection 50ml plus with 5% glucose or normal saline intravenous infusion 250ml,one time a day,10d was a course of treatment.Compared treatment efficacy and adverse reactions of two groups.Results The clinical effect：The effective rate and total effective rates of therapy group were 40.0% and 91.1%,both higher than that in control group（20.0% and 66.7% ）,the differences were statistically significant（P 0.01 or P 0.05） .The ECG effect：The effective rate of therapy group（84.4% ） was higher than that in control group（62.2% ）（P 0.05） .No happened significant adverse reactions of two groups.Conclusion Shenmai injection is an effective drug for stable angina pectoris.
