LASIK术前检查后未做手术279眼临床分析

Clinical analysis about 279 eyes that gave up LASIK after preoperative check

目的探讨完善近视眼术前检查未做准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(LASIK)治疗的原因。方法对近视眼患者2317例4615眼进行术前检查后未做准分子激光手术的146例279眼进行随访跟踪调查。结果 146例279眼中角膜病变27例51眼占18.5%,眼底病变16例28眼占11.0%,全身疾病13例26眼占8.9%,眼屈光异常22例42眼占15.1%,眼部解剖异常8例15眼占5.5%;思想有顾虑期望值高者36例71眼占24.7%,其他原因放弃手术24例46眼占16.4%。结论 LASIK患者应先进行有效沟通,消除顾虑;掌握检查后未做手术者的实际情况并定期跟踪随访,提高接受手术的成功率。

Objective To analyses reason about patients gave up LASIK after preoperative check.Methods Followup pursuit 146 cases（279 eyes） gave up LASIK after preoperative check of the total hypometropia patient 2317 cases（4615 eyes） .Results Consequence of the total 146 cases（279 eyes）,keratopathy 27cases（51 eyes,18.5% ）,ocular fundus affection 16 cases（28 eyes,11.0% ）,sys-disease 13 cases（26 eyes,8.9% ）,refrabnormality 22 cases（42 eyes,15.1% ）,ocular region abnoranatomy 8 cases（15 eyes,5.5% ）;Ldeas had concerns about the high expectations of 36 cases（71 eyes,24.7% ）,orher reason 24 cases（46 eyes,16.4% ） .Conclusion LASIK patients should communicate effectively,eliminate concerns;Control inspection of the actual situation,to improve the success rate of surgery.
