应用临床护理路径对颈动脉支架术患者实施健康教育的效果研究

摘要 目的探讨应用临床护理路径(CNP)对颈动脉支架术患者实施健康教育效果。方法 74例颈动脉支架术患者随机分为试验组及对照组,每组37例。试验组患者实施临床护理路径进行健康教育,对照组采用常规健康教育方式。结果试验组患者健康知识掌握程度和护理满意度均优于对照组(P<0.05),并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对颈动脉支架术患者实施临床护理路径的健康教育效果明显优于一般健康教育方式。 Objective To evaluate the effect of health education on carotid artery stenting patients with the clinical care path.Methods 74 cases patients with carotid artery stenting randomly devied into experimental group and control group,each of 37 cases.For experimental group,applicated the clinical care path;For control group,used the conventional health education.Results The control of the health knowledge and care satisfaction levels of experimental group were better than that in control group(P 0.05) .The rate of complication of experimental group was lower than control group(P 0.05) .Conclusion Health education of the carotid artery stenting in patients with clinical care path is better than general health education.
