血管新生与脑缺血神经再生

摘要 血管新生(angiogenesis)是指从原有的血管内皮细胞增殖、游走,形成新的血管网,并在原来存在的血管结构上长出新血管的生物学过程,即原有的血管又产生新的血管。主要包括3个连续的环节:(1)血管舒张,内皮通透性增加,基底膜溶解;(2)内皮细胞增生、迁移;(3)管腔形成、再塑及内皮细胞分化成熟。血管新生在冠心病、缺血性脑栓塞等缺血性疾病的治疗、恢复和预后中,具有重要的意义。
