The structural design step of the south railway station of Kunshan is introduced,which includes structural system selection,design of the tubular joint,design of the pile foundation and so on.The triangle CHSS truss is used in the structure.A structural analysis is conducted on the whole building using a program of Sap2000（v12.0.1）.
