意象是中国古典诗歌的灵魂,意象的再现也成为中国古典诗歌英译的关键所在。然而意象的再现不等同于意象的一一对应,通过格式塔意象再造能更好地再现原诗的整体意象,从而达到意美再现。

Image is the soul in Chinese classical poetry,and the reproduction of image has naturally become the key point in the translation of Chinese classical poetry.However,the reproduction of image doesn＇t equal to correspondence of image.The overall image and the beauty of artistic conception of the original poetry can be reproduced by the recreation of the Image-Gestalt.
