Protel 99 SE is a professional aided circuit design software which is popular with the professionaldesigners as well as so many electronic fans in domestic and is used widely due to its high effect,veracity and reliability in circuit design .The major idea of this paper is to introduce a simple shotcut method of studying Prote199 SE to the beginner.
