摘要
我国已形成学科门类齐全的学位与研究生教育体系,但是研究生教育依然存在着很多问题,严重制约和影响着研究生教育的发展。在总结了工科研究生教育现状的基础上,提出了研究生教育存在的问题。通过分析这些现状和问题,得出了提高研究生教育质量要在提高创新能力、增强团队合作、注重人文素质教育等的几点进行改进。
Degree and postgraduate education system with complete disciplines categories have been formed in china. However there are still some problems existed in the graduate training system,which constraint and influence the development of graduate education seriously. This paper summarized the present situations of graduate training and presented relevant problems in graduate education.Based on the analysis of problems,improvement measures are produced,which mainly focus on enhancing the innovation ability,strengthening the team cooperation and emphasizing the humanistic Quality education.
