工艺参数对夹芯注塑最大芯层填充量的影响

摘要 夹芯注塑中,有效的避免芯层熔体冲破,可以获得更大的芯层物料填充量。针对某具体零件,利用Moldflow软件的co-injection模块和正交实验法,分析评价主要工艺参数对芯层熔体冲破的影响;以此为基础,在保证生产效率和产品质量的前提下,确定实现最大芯层物料填充量的工艺参数。研究发现,实验选取的壳层熔体的粘度对剪切速率和温度更敏感,所以壳层熔体注射速率、温度对芯层熔体冲破趋势的影响较大。
