摘要
由于高校独立学院生源的特殊性,其教学质量问题始终是社会关注的问题,本文分析了独立学院的学生特点,结合华南理工大学广州汽车学院的实际情况,提出了从明晰办学定位契合经济社会需求、实行"双师型"教师制,提高学生的实践能力、因材施教改革专业理论教学、开拓创新强化实践教学等方面着手,才能有效提高教学质量,促进独立学院事业健康发展。
As the Independent College Enrollment in the particularity of teaching quality is always the issue of social concern, this paper analyzes the characteristics of independent school students,combined with South China Univemity,Guangzhou Automobile College of actual condition of the fit from the clear economic and. social needs of Orientation ,the implementation of ＂dual＂ system of teachers to enhance students practical ability, individualized professional theoretical teaching reform and innovation to strengthen the aspects of teaching practice in order to effectively improve the quality of teaching and promoting the healthy development of Independent Colleges.
