在教学实践中,如何使一堂健美操课上的生动有感染力,教师如何精心设计一堂健美操课程的整体布局,使健美操课的教学质量满足学生强烈的求知欲和表现欲,达到理想的教学效果,这与教师自身教育观念的转化分不开。现代教育技术要求教师重新审视、重新定位,摆脱多年教学思维惯性,改变传统思维定势,以全新的教育理念适应当今新时代的教育要求。健美操教师如何正确角色转换与定位,这直接关系到健美操课程的教学效果和教学质量。
The role transition of build-up exercise teacher directly works on teaching results and quality. Modern gym teaching requires teachers to adjust teaching measures to adapt to the new teaching requirement.
