尿毒症患者心脏并发症防治研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 心脏并发症是尿毒症患者最主要的死亡原因,研究防治尿毒症患者心血管并发症成为提高尿毒症患者存活率和生存质量的重要课题。尿毒症患者心血管并发症的发生率高,其危险因素有别于普通人群,主要防治措施有充分透析、清除体内过多毒素和水分、控制好血压、纠正贫血、控制血脂、纠正酸中毒和钙磷代谢紊乱等。 Cardiovascular complications are the main causes of mortality in uremic patients.The prevention of cardiovascular complications improves the survival and quality of life in uremic patients.The cardiovascular complications in uremic patients are high prevalent,whose risk factors are different from those of the general population.The prevention of cardiovascular complications mainly depends on the adequate dialysis,eliminate toxins and excess body water,controlling blood pressure,correcting anemia,controlling blood lipids,correcting acidosis and the disturbance of calcium and phosphorus metabolisms.
