Advance on the Relationship between Vitamin D and Diabetic Vascular Complications

摘要 糖尿病的各种并发症,尤其心血管并发症是糖尿病患者致死和致残的主要原因。维生素D与糖尿病血管并发症的发生关系密切,其通过多种途径对糖尿病肾病起保护作用,与糖尿病心血管疾病的发生及病死率明显相关,并且在血管钙化中可能有一定作用。维生素D受体多态性与糖尿病视网膜病变有密切联系,适当补充维生素D可以减少糖尿病血管并发症。 Diabetic complications,especially cardiovascular ones,have become the main cause of death and disability for diabetic patients.Accumulating researches have suggested that vitamin D has been associated with the incidence of diabetic vascular complications.Vitamin D is reported to have renoprotective effects in diabetic nephropathy.Vitamin D polymorphism is closely related to diabetic retinopathy.Vitamin D is significantly correlated to the occurrence of diabetic cardiovascular diseases and plays a role in vascular calcification.Supplementation of vitamin D can be a better approach of preventing diabetic cardiovascular complications.
