摘要
近年来国内外学者对海洋药物在肾脏功能保护方面的作用机制进行了大量研究,其作用机制主要包括降低蛋白尿、尿素氮及血肌酐,清除自由基、抗氧化作用,降血脂,增加肾血流量以及抗炎症、抗肾间质纤维化等。现在多种药物已经应用于临床,并取得了令人鼓舞的临床疗效,值得继续深入研究。
Recently,the mechanisms of many marine drugs were reported in the protection of kidney,which included depressing urine protein,urea nitrogen and serum creatinine; eliminating free radicals and oxygenation; decreasing blood lipid and increasing renal blood flow; countering inflammation and interstitial fibrosis.The drugs had exhibited the exciting curative effects and worth of further investigation.
