摘要
目的评价头孢呋辛与异帕米星联合应用治疗白血病化疗后骨髓抑制期感染的疗效和不良反应。方法将56例住院患者随机分为头孢呋辛组和头孢曲松组,分别观察临床疗效、各系统病原体清除情况、病原体耐药性产生情况、真菌并发率及不良反应。结果头孢呋辛组的临床疗效、各系统病原体清除情况以及耐药菌产生的情况均优于头孢曲松组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论头孢呋辛与异帕米星联合应用能有效治疗白血病化疗后骨髓抑制期各系统的感染,疗效肯定,不良反应轻微。
Objectives To observe the effects of cefuroxime and ceftriaxone sodium on bacterial infections following acute leukemia with post-chemotherapeutic bone marrow suppression.Methods Fifty-six patients were divided into cefuroxime treatment group and ceftriaxone sodium treatment group.The clinical curative effect,bacterial elimination,multi-drug resistant bacteria,fungal complications and adverse effects were examined.Results It was significantly better in cefuroxime treatment group than in isepamicin treatment group.Conclusion The combination of cefuroxime and isepamicin could better treat the bacterial infection following acute leukemia with post-chemotherapeutic bone marrow suppression.
