摘要 目的探讨影响超声刀使用效果的相关因素,以期提高超声刀的使用效果。方法统计本院自2009年1~11月共计40把超声刀的使用情况,比较灭菌处理方法及手术种类对超声刀使用效果的影响。结果低温过氧乙酸灭菌组单刀使用次数明显高于低温过氧化氢等离子灭菌组(P<0.05);胆囊切除术对超声刀的耗损明显低于胃肠切除术、子宫附件切除术及肾输尿管切除术,胃肠切除术对超声刀的耗损明显高于其他手术种类(P<0.05);子宫附件切除术与肾输尿管切除术在超声刀耗损率方面无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论正确选择超声刀的处理灭菌方法、掌握超声刀使用技巧并尽量缩短手术时间,可延长超声刀的使用效果。 Objective To find out the important influencing factors of operation effects of ultracision harmonic scalpel.Methods The use information of 40 ultracision harmonic scalpels used from the January 2009 to November 2009 was collected.The influences of two different sterilization methods and four different kinds of surgery on the operation effects of ultracision harmonic scalpel were evaluated and compared.Results The operation effects of scalpels sterilized by using peracetic acid low temperature disinfection is longer than that by using hydrogen dioxide plasma(P0.05).The operation effects of scalpels used in cholecystectomy is longer that of others while the operation effects of scalpels used in gastrectomy/enterectomy is shorter than that of others(P0.05).But there is no difference between adnexectomy and nephro-ureterectomy(P0.05).Conclusion Suitable sterilization method,excellent operative skills and less surgery time could prolong the operation effects of ultracision harmonic scalpel.
