摘要
大学生"村官"对促进新农村建设以及解决高校毕业生就业方面起到了积极作用,但同时也存在不少困难和问题。文章主要对大学生"村官"出现的背景、现状、作用、存在的问题进行全面分析,提出进一步推进大学生"村官"工作的对策建议。
To promote college students would work in the construction of new countryside and solve the employment of college graduates have positive effect,but also has many difficulties and problems.This article mainly discusses the background,college-graduate village official status,function,the existing problems were put forward to further promote the comprehensive analysis,the countermeasures college-graduate village official work.
