农村公共服务评价与位序结构优化:兼论供给策略的选择

The Efficiency Survey and Rank Structure Amelioration of Rural Public Service:with the Design of the Provision Strategy

通过测评农民满意度评价,考察了浙江W市农村不同经济发展水平地区的三类12项公共服务的供给现状,揭示了农村公共服务供给的结构性矛盾。在此基础上,提出了以农民需求强度为依据,确定农村公共服务供给的位序结构,并归纳形成了W市农村公共服务供给的整体性和区域性供给策略。

According to the peasants＇satisfaction with the rural public service which consists of 12 items in 3 categories,the essay studies on the contemporary situation and reveals the structural conflict of the rural public service provision in Wenzhou,Zhejiang Province,then,puts forward the rank structure of rural public service provision according to the demand level of the peasants and concludes the provision strategies in a certain region and as a whole.
