Survey Analysis and Thinking of Zibo Leading Cadre Training Demand

做好培训需求调研是增强干部教育培训工作针对性、实效性的前提。文章通过问卷调查研究,分析了淄博市领导干部对教育培训的需求情况,以及目前党校培训工作中存在的问题,并提出了促进市委党校今后教学工作开展的建议。

Doing the requirement of training well is the key of enhancing training practicality.Through the questionnaire survey,the author analyzes the Zibo leading cadre training demand and the existing problems of cadres training work.To promote future development of the party school teaching work,the author puts forward suggestions.
