摘要
《劳动合同法》自2008年实施至今已逾两年,为深入了解《劳动合同法》在基层实施的基本情况,文章选择东至县作为样本展开调查,介绍了该法实施后对东至县劳动关系带来的影响以及实践中存在的一些问题。最后,还提出了对于解决上述问题的一些建议与思考,以期为保障和促进《劳动合同法》的有效实施提供参考。
It has been more than two years since the implementation of the Employment Contract Law in 2008.To get an in-depth understanding of the basic situation of implementation at the grassroot level,this article chooses Dongzhi County as a sample of the investigation.It introduces the effects that the implementation of the law has on the employment relationship of Dongzhi County,followed by some problems in practise.At last,the article discusses some elementary suggestions and thoughts for improving the situation,in order to provide a sample and reference for the effective implementation of the Employment Contract Law.
