摘要
通过计算河北省主要农产品中的虚拟水量,分析了河北省不同区域农作物虚拟水资源量的差异,在此基础上建立了基于虚拟水战略的水资源配置模型,并将其在河北省农业种植结构调整中进行验证。通过对冬小麦-夏玉米粮食作物和春播棉作物对比分析,结果表明,基于虚拟水战略背景下农业种植结构调整的节水效果明显。并提出实施虚拟水战略对策建议:建立基于虚拟水战略的区域政策保障体系;建立国家生态补偿机制。
The differences among the virtual water resources of crops in different districts were analyzed by calculating the virtual water quantities in major agricultural products in Hebei Province. A configuration model of water resources based on the virtual water strategy was established. It was applied in the adjustment of agricultural industrial structure in Hebei Province. A comparison between grain crops of winter wheat-summer maize and spring sowing cotton crops shows that the water saving effectiveness of the adjustment of agricultural planting structure based on the virtual water strategy is obvious. Some suggestions for the implementation of the virtual water strategy were proposed:establishment of regional policy security system and national ecological compensation mechanism.
