兴化市城市防洪工程后评价

Post-evaluation of urban flood control project in Xinghua City

根据项目后评价理论,结合江苏省兴化市城市防洪工程的实际情况,从过程、经济效益、影响和可持续性4个方面对兴化市城市防洪工程进行了后评价。结果表明,兴化市城市防洪工程项目立项决策正确,项目的实施产生了较大的经济效益,在提高城市河道的防洪排涝标准、改善城区水生态环境等方面发挥了重要作用。

According to the theory of post-evaluation and based on the actual situation,the post-evaluation of the urban flood control project in Xinghua City of Jiangsu Province was performed from the four aspects of process evaluation,economic benefit evaluation,influence evaluation and sustainability evaluation. The results show that the decision-making of the urban flood control project in Xinghua City is right,the implementation of the project results in great economic benefit,and the project plays an important role in enhancing the standards of flood control and waterlogging drainage and improving the water eco-environment in the city.
