推进区域水利现代化的几点思考

Some ideas about modernization of regional water resources

从区域水利分工角度,对区域水利现代化的内涵作了界定,针对我国东、中、西部三大板块水利发展不平衡、区域发展差异大的现实,提出了推进区域水利现代化的指导思想和基本原则,并立足于东、中、西部三大板块的资源特点和水利现代化的发展水平,探讨了区域水利现代化特色指标的构建方向,进而提出了推进区域水利现代化的几种模式。

From the viewpoint of work division of regional water resources,the content of the modernization of regional water resources was defined. With regard to the reality of unbalanced development in three parts of eastern,middle and western regions of China and large differences of the regional development,some guiding ideas and basic principles for the modernization of regional water resources were put forward. Based on the characteristics of resources and the development level of modernization of water resources in the eastern,middle and western regions of China,the orientation of the establishment of characteristic indices for the modernization of water resources was discussed,and several kinds of modes were proposed.
