摘要
节能降耗是国家的大政方针,是每个企业生存发展的基础,丰原电厂在节能降耗方面,拓展思路,积极采用新技术,通过对高压电机的斩波内反馈调速改造,取得了成功。"斩波内馈"是一种新型交流调速技术,通过近二十年的实践探索和理论研究,斩波内馈调速在技术和理论上都取得了很大发展。目前丰原电厂的电机负载率不高,而此负载率是锅炉实际需要的风压、风量和风机进口挡板节流共同作用前提下的负载率,且风机挡板都存在不同程度的节流,具有较高的节能空间。本文介绍了斩波内馈调速系统的原理、特点及其在蚌埠涂山热电公司的节能运行情况。
Energy consumption is the country's major policies,it is the basis for survival and development of each enterprise,Fengyuan plant expand ideas and use new technology actively on energy consumption,and obtain success through high voltage chopper during the internal feedback control,"Chopper feed"is the first new type of speed control techonology in our province,through nearly two decades of practical exploration and theoretical research,chopper feed speed have made great progress in the technology and theory,At present,the load rate of eletrical machinery of BBCA power plant is not high,and this load rate is actual needed by boiler under the mutual action of wind pressure,wind quantity and board throttle of wind machine,and the boards of wind machine exist different degree of throttle,it has the higher energy conservation space.this article discribes the principles of chopper feed speed control system,charcteristics and the situation of energy efficiency in Bengbu Tushan thermo company.
