摘要
针对特高含水期剩余油挖潜难题,胜利油田开展了聚合物/石油磺酸盐二元室内实验,油水界面张力降至2.9×10^-3 mN/m.2003年9月,开始孤东二元先导性矿场试验,试验区属河流相沉积、常规稠油、疏松砂岩油藏,注入井9口,对应油井19口.矿场试验2008年12月结束,18口井见到降水增油效果,提高采收率7.2个百分点.该技术先后在胜利油田8个区块推广,累计增油66×10^4 t,逐步形成了二元复合高效驱油提高采收率技术.
Aiming at remaining oil at ultra-high water-cut stage, indoor experiment of polymer/mahogany sulfonate was performed in Shengli Oilfield, and oil-water interfacial tension decreased to 2.9 ×1 10^-3 mN/m. In September 2003, a pilot test was carried out in Gudong area, which belongs to conventional heavy oil and unconsolidated sandstone reservoir of fluvial sediments, with 9 injectors and 19 corresponding producers. The pilot test ended in December 2008, in which water cut decreased and oil production increased in 18 wells, and the oil recovery are enhanced by 7.2%. The technology has been promoted in eight blocks in Shengli Oilfield with incremental cumu- lative oil of 66 × 10^4t, and an efficient EOR technique of surfactant-polymer flooding is gradually formed.
