摘要
固定床钠离子交换器连续正洗的方式多年来一成不变,通过对双级钠离子交换器正洗排污以及内部结构分析,提出间歇正洗方式。通过对设备进、排气阀和排水管、阀的技术改造以及设计新的工作程序,分析排污水质,优化运行参数,节水率达70%。
The continuous washing by fixed bed of sodium ion exchange is unchanged overthe years, through the analysis of two-stage ion exchange of sodium and internal structure of the sewage, intermittent positive way of washing was proposed.Through the technological transformation of the exhaust valve and drain valve, and the design of new procedures, analyzing the waterquality of sewage , optimizing the operating parameters, water-saving rate can reach 70%.
