摘要
采用气浮-上流式厌氧污泥床(UASB)-缺氧-好氧(A/O)组合工艺处理豆制品废水,并进行了技术经济分析。工程实践表明,该工艺处理效果稳定可靠,处理后出水的COD、BOD5、氨氮去除率分别在98.9%、99.5%、88%以上,各项水质指标均达污水综合排放标准(GB8978-1996)二级标准。
Treatment process of bean products wastewaterwith floatation tank-UASB-A/O activated sludge has been studied. The design, mechanism of pollutant removal are enquired into with the analysis of technique and economy. The result shows that the process of floatation tank-UASB-A/O activated sludge is simple, good disposing efficiency and low cost. In the system the removal of COD,BOD5 and NH3-N attained 98.9%, 99.5%and above 88.0%,respectively,andall the indexes of the effluent attainthe secondgrade of the national comprehensive sewage discharge standard（GB 8978-1996）.
