摘要
PU革生产废水主要含DMF、二甲胺等有机污染物,废水COD、SS较高,且一旦经过生化处理DMF、二甲胺等污染物会释放出大量氨氮,严重影响后续生化对COD等的去除。某PU革生产企业将高浓度DMF废水进行生物预反应+吹脱回收氨预处理,再与低浓度废水经混凝处理后混合进入A/O系统深度处理,经过2年多的稳定运行,出水COD、NH3-N等指标均达到污水综合排放标准(GB8978-1996)一级排放标准。
The waste water from PU Imitation Leather enterprise has high concentration DMF and dimethylamine. Large amount of ammonium was released during the treatment of DMF and dimethylamine by Biochemistry method. It brought serious influence on COD removal in the following biological treatment processes.The waste watercontained high concentration DMF was pretreated by biochemistry+blow-off processes, and mixed with the low concentrationafterusedcoagulantsedimentate method. ThenA/Osystemwas usedforthe advancedtreatmentof the mixture. Aftermore thantwo years operation, the effluentof COD andNH3-N achieves the firstlevel criteriaspecifiedinintergatedwasterwaterdischage standard(GB 8978-1996).
