摘要
目的:通过比较各组肿瘤的体积和重量,观察氧化苦参碱对MGC-803细胞系裸鼠移植瘤的抑瘤率(IR%)。方法:体外培养MGC-803细胞,采用皮下移植法接种于BALB/c-nu裸鼠皮下造成裸鼠皮下荷瘤模型。将造模后的30只裸小鼠随机分为阴性对照组、阳性对照组、氧化苦参碱组3组,均按照公斤体重腹腔注射给药,阴性对照组给予生理盐水,阳性对照组给予氟尿嘧啶,氧化苦参碱组给予氧化苦参碱。观察荷瘤鼠肿瘤生长情况、体积和重量,分析氧化苦参碱对MGC-803细胞裸鼠皮下移植瘤的抑瘤率。结果:氧化苦参碱组小鼠瘤体总重量及平均重量、体积均小于阴性对照组和阳性对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。氧化苦参碱组平均抑瘤率为43.20%。结论:氧化苦参碱对肿瘤有显著的抑制作用。
Objective:To observe the inhibitory rate(IR%) of oxymatrine on the transplanted tumor due to MGC-803 cell in nude mice through comparing the tumor volume and weight of different groups.Methods:MGC-803 cells cultured in vitro were inoculated by using subcutaneous transplantation of BALB/c-nu into nude mice to make subcutaneous tumor nude model mice.30 modeling nude mice were randomly divided into negative control group,positive control group and oxymatrine group.They were given intraperitoneal injection in accordance with their body weight.The negative control group received normal saline,positive control group fluorouracil,oxymatrine group oxymatrine.Observed the growth,size and weight of nude mice tumor,analyzed the inhibitory rate(IR%) of oxymatrine on transplanted tumor due to MGC-803 cell in nude mice.Results:The total tumor weight and the average tumor weight and volume of the oxymatrine group were less than those of the negative control group and the positive control group,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).The average tumor inhibition rate in oxymatrine group was 43.20%.Conclusion:Oxymatrine has significant inhibition against tumor.
