调脂活血降糖方治疗2型糖尿病合并非酒精性脂肪性肝病30例

Clinical Observation on 30 Cases of Type Ⅱ Diabetes Combined with Non-alcoholic Fatty Liver Diseases Treated by Tiaozhi Huoxue Jiangtang Prescription

目的:观察调脂活血降糖方治疗2型糖尿病合并非酒精性脂肪性肝病的临床疗效。方法:60例2型糖尿病合并非酒精性脂肪性肝病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,对照组在饮食和运动治疗的基础上给予口服二甲双胍片0.25g,日3次;治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加服调脂活血降糖方,日1剂,两组均治疗90d,观察两组患者临床疗效及治疗前后BMI、WHR、AST、ALT、FBG、HbALc、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C的变化情况。结果:治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为93.3%和46.7%,两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗后治疗组BMI、WHR、AST、ALT、FBG、HbALc、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C指标的改善均优于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:调脂活血降糖方具有降低2型糖尿病合并非酒精性脂肪性肝病患者的血糖、减轻肝脏损害程度、改善血脂代谢异常等作用,与二甲双胍联合用药临床疗效优于单纯应用二甲双胍。

Objective：To observe the clinical effects of Tiaozhi Huoxue Jiangtang Prescription in treating type Ⅱdiabetic patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.Methods：60 patients with typeⅡdiabetes combined with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.Based on the diet and exercise therapy,the control group were given oral administration of metformin tablets 0.25g,3 times a day;on the basis of the treatment of control group,the treatment group received additional administration of Tiaozhi Huoxue Jiangtang Prescription,once a day.Two groups were treated for 90d to observe the clinical effects and the changes of BMI,WHR,AST,ALT,FBG,HbALc,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C before and after the treatment.Results：The total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were respectively 93.3% and 46.7%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P0.01）;the improvement of indicators BMI,WHR,AST,ALT,FBG,HbALc,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C in the treatment group were better than those of the control group（P0.05 or P0.01）.Conclusion：Tiaozhi Huoxue Jiangtang Prescription has the functions of lowering the blood sugar,reducing the degree of liver damage and improving the role of abnormal lipid metabolism of patients with type Ⅱ diabetes nonalcoholic fatty liver disease,the clinical effect of combination therapy with metformin is superior to that of alone applications of metformin.
