锦纶生产中飘丝、网丝的存在造成产品质量问题,较长时间困绕着生产技术人员。本文分析了飘丝、网丝形成的主要原因,阐述了作者在实践攻关中不断探索解决这两大问题的有效方法。实践结果证明其可行并具有一定的推广价值。

The unstability of spinning of PA6 POY is one of the main reasons to affect the product quality. In this paper, the effective measures have given to solve the unstability problems during PA6 POY spinning and proved useful to be applied in other case.
