摘要
聚丙烯纤维的稳定性会受到其制造过程中基团抗氧化屏蔽、紫外稳定剂浓度、紫外稳定剂类型、纤维线密度、染料种类及后处理(热和纺丝油剂)的影响。本次研究主要就是围绕着不同染料对聚丙烯纤维的紫外线稳定性的影响来进行的。
The stability of PP fibers can be affected by the fabricaton process (base antioxidant package), UV stabilizer concentration, UV stabilizer type, fiber denier, colorant types and post fabrication treatments (heat and spin finishes) . In this study, the effects of various colorants on the UV stability of PP fibers were investigated.
