基于钻孔过程监测系统(DPM)全钻分析的钻孔过程塌孔监测 被引量:14

摘要 利用钻机在地表面成孔是边坡工程里最常见和重要的操作之一。钻孔的成孔质量决定了土钉、锚杆的灌浆体质量,从而影响了边坡加固的效果。而影响钻孔成孔质量的关键因素是钻孔过程中的塌孔现象。这篇论文给出了一个经济、快速、准确地定位塌孔位置的方法。该方法应用基于Labview编制而成的实时分析程序对钻孔过程监测系统(DPM)提供的实时监测数据进行全钻分析,所有钻孔过程中遇到的塌孔区都能被准确定位,有效地提高了成孔的质量,防止了工程质量事故的发生。 Drilling a hole in the ground with a machine is one of the most common,necessary and important operations in slope engineering.The quality of drillhole influences the quality of grouting of soil nail and tieback.This further influences the reinforcement effect of slope.The key factor influencing the quality of drillhole is hole collapse.This paper gives a fast,economic and accurate method to locate the hole collapse zone.This method applies labview based real-time analysis software to analyze the data supplied with DPM system.All hole collapse zones can be accurately located.This can efficiently improve the quality of drillhole and prevent the accident during slope prevention.
