江西某铜矿南北带混合铜矿石浮选试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对江西某铜矿南北带混合矿石的特征,在单一南矿带试验的基础上,进行了选矿工艺流程和药剂制度研究。研究结果表明,采用新型抑制剂DT-4#与石灰组合,可在低碱条件下实现铜硫分离,能获得含铜23.51%、回收率86.36%的铜精矿和含硫39.65%、回收率90.26%的硫精矿,分选效果较好,该工艺流程简单,易于工业化生产,可以作为该矿扩产改造的流程方案。 According to the characteristics of an ore sample mixed with the ore from the north and south ore belt from a copper mine in Jiangxi,the mineral processing flowsheet and reagent system were investigated and adjusted on the basis of single experiments on the ore from south belt.The experimental research indicate that copper-sulfur separation can be actualized in a low-alkali pulp and such technical indexes as a copper concentrate of copper content of 23.51% and recovery of 86.36%,and a sulfur concentrate with a sulfur grade of 39.65%,recovery of 90.26%,can be obtained using a combined depressor of DT-4# and lime.Simple and easy for industrial production,this flowsheet can be used as a scheme in transformation for capacity expansion of the mine.
